Usage record of immersion treatment

We will introduce our achievements in impregnation treatment related to automotive parts and electronic/electrical components!

Miyahara Industries conducts impregnation processing for metal castings and sintered parts. Impregnation processing involves injecting resin into the pores of castings or the gaps in sintered parts, hardening it, and sealing those unwanted holes. We have various usage records, including automotive parts, precision machinery, and electronic and electrical components, as well as general industrial applications. 【Impregnation Processing Achievements (Excerpt)】 ■ Automotive Parts: Engine blocks, cylinder heads ■ Precision Machinery: Hydraulic cylinders, casings ■ Electronic and Electrical Components: LCD TV parts, underwater pump parts ■ General Industrial Applications: Outboard engine parts, general-purpose engine parts ■ Others: Gas appliance parts, air conditioning units, water valve components *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

"Collection of Case Studies on Problem Solving through Impregnation Treatment and Coating" is now available!

We will introduce examples of how the protective treatment fills the fine gaps between resin and metal, providing resistance to expansion and contraction of parts due to external air and temperature changes, and preventing water intrusion!

At Global Coating Co., Ltd., since our establishment, we have specialized in improving defects such as voids and pores, which are weaknesses in materials like powder metallurgy, castings, die-cast, and resin insert parts, thereby providing high reliability for automotive components and more. This document allows you to download a collection of case studies titled "Problem-Solving Case Studies," which summarize stories that address the following concerns: ● I want to improve the machinability of powder metallurgy. ● I want to improve the painting yield of laminated yokes. ● I want to enhance the strength of magnets. ● I want to increase the sealing performance of connectors and sensors. ● I want to improve the sliding properties in environments where oil cannot be used. ● I want to reduce the wear of resin gears. *Please view the case studies as a PDF file available for download.

Must-see in the Kinki area! We can handle impregnation treatment, chemical treatment, and painting with an in-house integrated system.

Our company can handle all three processes—impregnation treatment (nest stopping), trivalent chromium chemical treatment, and painting—in a consistent system.

Our company conducts metal die casting, impregnation treatment of cast products, trivalent chromium chemical treatment, and painting. 【Features of Impregnation Treatment】 ■ Adoption of 'Organic Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Method' ■ Impregnation agent used is 'Rexeal 100' from Ultra Seal Co., Ltd. *Official certification under [MIL-I-17563C] ■ Prevents leakage by sealing through holes ■ Prevents corrosion from inside the voids by filling them ■ Prevents corrosion from below the treatment surface by filling voids that appear on the surface 【Effects and Features of Trivalent Chromium Chemical Treatment】 ■ Uses 'Sartec 650V' from Sartec Co., Ltd. ■ Improves corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys ■ Enhances rust prevention effects ■ Improves adhesion for painting as a base layer ■ Enhances corrosion resistance of the paint film ■ Can suppress the decrease in corrosion resistance during heating, which is a disadvantage of chromate treatment ■ The film is thin, with no dimensional changes ■ Complies with RoHS directive (no hexavalent chromium content) *Upon request, our partner company can also handle painting. For more details, please download the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We can handle immersion treatment, chemical treatment, and painting in-house with a consistent system! Short delivery times and low costs.

Aren't you outsourcing some parts of various processes? Our company can handle all three processes—impregnation treatment, chemical treatment, and painting—in a consistent system.

Our company conducts impregnation treatment and trivalent chromate treatment for metal die-cast and cast products. To address pressure leaks and water leaks caused by casting defects in pressure-resistant parts, we apply impregnation treatment (sealant treatment) to prevent defects (leaks) and also expect improvements in corrosion resistance. Among the impregnation methods, we have adopted the "organic vacuum pressure impregnation method," and we use "Rexeal 100" from Ultra Seal, which is recognized and certified worldwide. It has formal certification under [MIL-I-17563C]. We believe this is the most effective method currently available for achieving sealing effects. By applying impregnation treatment to sudden defective products caused by casting defects, we add value to the products themselves and improve corrosion resistance while preventing plating blisters through sealing. Many companies are incorporating impregnation treatment into their manufacturing processes, which can significantly reduce costs by decreasing waste and regeneration. Furthermore, we also perform trivalent chromate treatment using "Sartec 650V," which provides corrosion resistance comparable to hexavalent chromium and offers various benefits such as improved adhesion in pre-treatment for painting. (Neutral salt spray test for over 336 hours)
